Description

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections; the scent is extremely complex and varietal. The taste is harmonious and pleasantly acidic. It coherently reproposes the initial olfactory sensations.

Ideal aperitif, it goes well with appetizers and light first courses. It goes well with freshwater fish.
